OVERVIEW.

Hyatt Commercial Real Estate Broker has a really fun array of properties. Their ownership is as integrated into the Annapolis community as their real estate portfolio. Their website needed to accomplish several goals:
Demonstrate their properties' value by leveraging new photography
Display social proof of Hyatt's success by highlight awards, accomplishment metrics, Google Reviews, and client logos
Engage users to retain attention and prompt a lead-generating action
Have the website itself demonstrate value with clean design and small interactive spikes of creativity.
Set up the website for the future so that Hyatt employees could self-manage by adding new blog content and increasing their Search Engine Ranking foothold.
Additional: Since launching the main company site, we've also designed a unique lead-capture and informational website for one of their showcase properties. It's attractive and has all the bells and whistles to highlight key details and selling points. But it also has a gateway form to generate contacts and block against potential proprietary information leakage. Those who wish to view the property website must be accept after completing the form.

In the end, the website is a home run in all five of those goals.
